Write A Thank You Note To A Coach

catching up

long time since I wrote on this blog, so I decided to catch up a little.

Last month I spent under the sign of credits associated with the university. The problem was that I did not have much time, because now I was in Aberystwyth less than a month. Fortunately exam session was pretty simple - only 2 exams - pass the rest of the items took place by way of writing additional essays. Unfortunately, the results will not be known until mid-vacation.

holiday, in principle, a stand under the sign of a job - specifically, two months (2) placement, but unfortunately due to financial reasons it was necessary to reduce the Polish. However, there is this evil, because both are in sectors that fully coincide with my interests. Keep your fingers crossed that it was worth it;)

Mono And Bad Taste In Mouth

Olive Rolls

has long promised myself that I'll bake real pieczywko, instead of constantly eating toasted bread, which is najbardizej popular in the UK. Not crazy, but it actually came out pretty good bagels. Here's the recipe:

500g sifted flour
25g fresh yeast water

1 chopped onion 150g

black olives 4 tablespoons olive
1 teaspoon salt Dissolve yeast

in water. Mix flour with three tablespoons of olive oil and salt, add yeast and knead for 10-15 minutes adding more flour or water as needed. Add to the mix of olives and onions. Knead on and form a ball, which is then used to soak the rest of the olive oil. Blanket wrap the dough and let stand for one hour. Then re-knead and form four rolls. Puncture and transferred to a vessel natartego heat-resistant oil. Cover with a blanket and wait 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 240 ° C. Soak the brush rolls and bake for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
