Spinach Soup


As the last taste of the spinach, I decided to try to find some for him other uses than just a pasta sauce. Fell on the soup. I must admit that my first attempt was quite successful. To be honest I had never eaten spinach soup, but if I przyrządziłaby jąbabcia - probably just like to taste ;)

Therefore: 1 can of spinach

1 carrot 2 potatoes

0.5 onion

2l water 1 egg yolk
little cream soups, broth cube

pepper, allspice, bay leaf, a pinch of rosemary, salt discretion

principle is simple to prepare. First, make broth broth (Grate the carrots), then move the drained spinach, onions and diced potatoes. Then the soup cook until it turns green:) pee 200ml of soup to a smaller dish and cool one's heels cool - then add the cream and egg yolk, mix, pour back into the garage:)

Voila!
